It's still winter, which means the temperature is not so conducive to riding outside. That's ok - I am still finding the gym to be a novel thing, likely because working with J has me starting a new routine every 3 weeks or so. Coincidentally, that is about when I start to get bored and lose motivation!
Unfortunately, none of my winter cross training makes for entertaining blog fodder - not that I think my in-season escapades are all that fascinating, either...
Gym. Work. Cardio. Yoga. Rinse and repeat.
